As Peer Leaders, we attempt to build professional relationships with our assigned students and serve as a bridge between them and the Office of Undergraduate Programs. We aim to ease the transition for incoming students into the Poole community by working with the Deans, academic advisors, faculty and staff.  In addition to this, each Peer Leader is encouraged to come up with creative and innovative ideas for programs and events that will meet the needs and demands of the new students.
